Scope of service

Talyth is an AI-powered stock research platform. It helps users review public-market information such as market data, news, SEC filings, and AI-generated summaries in one workspace.

The service is intended to support independent research. It does not execute trades, custody assets, open brokerage accounts, or provide portfolio management services.

No investment advice or advisory relationship

Talyth provides impersonal research, analytical tools, and informational content only. Nothing on the service is personalized investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation that any user buy, sell, or hold a security.

Your use of the service does not create an investment adviser, broker-dealer, fiduciary, or other professional-client relationship between you and Talyth.

  • Outputs are not tailored to your investment objectives, financial situation, holdings, or risk tolerance unless Talyth explicitly states otherwise in a separately governed product.
  • You remain solely responsible for evaluating any security, strategy, or transaction before acting.
  • If you need personalized advice, use a qualified, licensed professional.

No offer, solicitation, or guarantee

Content made available through Talyth is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, investment product, or advisory service.

Talyth does not promise any outcome, return, trading profit, signal accuracy, or market performance. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Account registration and security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify Talyth promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Eligibility

You may use the service only if you can form a binding contract with Talyth and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

If you use the service on behalf of a company, fund, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

  • The service is not directed to children, and you may use it only with any minimum age or parental-consent requirements imposed by applicable law.
  • You may not use the service if you are subject to sanctions, export-control restrictions, or other legal limits that would prohibit access.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful in the jurisdiction where you access it.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Paid features may be offered through recurring subscriptions. Pricing, included usage, and plan limits may be described on the signup flow, account pages, or checkout screens.

Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until canceled. You authorize Talyth and its payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and related charges.

  • Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the plan and checkout terms shown at the time of change.
  • You may cancel a subscription through your account, billing portal, or another method Talyth makes available. Unless stated otherwise at the time of cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period.
  • If you downgrade, lose access, or cancel, some paid features, usage allowances, or stored outputs may become unavailable after the change takes effect.
  • If payment fails, Talyth may suspend or limit access until the balance is resolved.
  • Promotional pricing, trial periods, credits, or one-time offers may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of offer.
  • Taxes may be added where required. You are responsible for applicable sales, use, value-added, withholding, or similar taxes other than taxes based on Talyth's net income.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged.

Data sources and AI limitations

Talyth relies on third-party data providers and AI systems. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or later corrected. AI-generated analysis can be wrong, omit relevant context, or misinterpret source materials.

You should review primary sources, including issuer filings and official disclosures, before making financial decisions.

Investor profile and personalization features

If you provide information about your investing experience, time horizon, goals, risk tolerance, holdings, watchlists, or preferences, Talyth may use that information to organize the interface and tailor tone, framing, prioritization, and educational context.

Those personalization features are intended to improve usability and relevance, not to provide individualized investment advice, suitability analysis, fiduciary monitoring, or a recommendation that you enter, exit, or size any position.

  • Personalization settings do not create an advisory, brokerage, agency, or discretionary-management relationship.
  • You remain solely responsible for deciding whether any research output is appropriate for your circumstances.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to support fraud, market manipulation, or unlawful trading activity.

  • Do not scrape, resell, mirror, or mass-export the service except as explicitly permitted by Talyth.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Do not submit prompts or content designed to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive output.

Intellectual property and license

Talyth and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, branding, design, and non-user content. Subject to these terms, Talyth grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the service for your internal personal or business research purposes.

You retain rights in content you submit to the extent provided by law, but you grant Talyth the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, and display that content in connection with operating the service.

Feedback, beta features, and third-party services

Talyth may offer experimental, beta, preview, or early-access features. Those features may change, be interrupted, or be removed at any time and may be subject to additional limits.

If you choose to give Talyth feedback, ideas, or suggestions, Talyth may use them without restriction or compensation to the extent permitted by law.

The service may rely on or link to third-party services, data, infrastructure, and websites. Talyth is not responsible for third-party products, content, or services except as required by law.

Termination and suspension

Talyth may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay required fees, or misuse the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Talyth disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and fitness of research output for trading or investment decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talyth and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, trading gains, or investment losses arising out of or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Talyth for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Talyth in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talyth and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.

Changes to the service or terms

Talyth may modify the service, pricing, plan limits, or these terms from time to time. When material changes are made, Talyth may provide notice through the website, the product, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service before the changes take effect.

Notices and contact

Talyth may provide legal notices, billing notices, operational updates, and other service-related communications through the product, the account email associated with your login, or another reasonable method.

You are responsible for keeping your account email current and for reviewing notices sent through the service.

If you need support or want to exercise a legal or privacy-related request, contact Talyth at contact@talyth.com or use another support channel Talyth makes available on the website, in your account, or at checkout.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Talyth is organized and principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing-law rule is required by applicable consumer-protection law or set out in a separate enterprise agreement.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service must be brought in the courts having jurisdiction where Talyth is organized or principally operates.
